Flight Reviews

In order to remain legally current to fly,
every pilot must complete a "Flight Review" every 24
months. There will be a minimum of one hour of ground
work, and a minimum of one hour of flight time. (FAR 61.56)

Remember, you don't need a flight review if in the past 24 months you:

  • Have ccomplished 1+ phases of an FAA-sponsored pilot proficiency award program
  • Have Passed a checkride
  • Are a student with a current solo flight endorsement as required by 61.87
